1. Who we are

OreSignal (“the app”) is published by EK Digital Studio (“we”, “us”), the data controller. Contact: oresignalapp@gmail.com. OreSignal is ad-free.

2. What we collect

• Account: an anonymous identifier created on first launch. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier and email to sync your setup.
• Purchases: your subscription status via Google Play Billing. We never receive your card or bank details.
• Analytics & diagnostics: aggregate, event-level usage (e.g. screens viewed, material selected) via Firebase Analytics, and crash diagnostics via Firebase Crashlytics.

We do not use advertising, we do not collect an advertising identifier, and we do not collect your name, precise location, contacts, or financial account numbers.

3. Legal bases (GDPR)

• Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) to provide the subscription you purchase.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) to operate, secure and improve the app (analytics, crash reporting).

4. Third parties

We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics) and Google Play Billing (subscriptions). Each processes data under Google’s terms and privacy policy.

5. International transfers

Our provider (Google) may process data outside your country, including the United States, under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention & your rights

We keep data only as long as needed to operate the service. In the EEA/UK you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing, and to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact oresignalapp@gmail.com.

7. Children

OreSignal is not directed to children under the age required in your region (typically 13–16).

We may update this policy; material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
