1. The service

OreSignal provides an informational “Asteroid Index” and related content about critical raw materials, on an “as is” basis for general information only.

2. Not financial advice

OreSignal is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and must not be relied upon for any trading or investment decision. We are not a licensed advisor. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

3. Subscriptions

• Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) via Google Play.
• Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in Google Play → Subscriptions. Prices may vary by region and taxes.

4. Free tier

The free tier includes access to Cobalt and is ad-free. Premium unlocks all five materials, real-time HIGH alerts, full history and custom alert thresholds.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it except as permitted by law.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design and the Asteroid Index methodology are owned by EK Digital Studio. Underlying data may originate from third-party public sources and remains subject to their terms.

7. Disclaimers & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any losses arising from use of the app or reliance on its content.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary and the European Union, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
